Course overview
Addressing Workplace Conflict
Learn to address workplace conflict by examining competing accounts, responding to conduct concerns, and clarifying responsibilities. Practice choosing an appropriate response, leading a focused discussion, and developing a workable agreement. Review both work outcomes and employees’ ability to raise concerns before deciding what happens next.

Addressing disagreements and improving how work gets done
Designed for new and aspiring managers, this course follows Elena as she addresses a dispute between two employees over client requests and scheduling. Research-informed teaching, four brief videos, and interactive scenarios help you examine evidence, ask useful questions, and recognize decisions that belong to the manager. You’ll receive explanatory feedback on your choices and can complete an optional application plan with clear actions, responsibilities, and follow-up, including when to seek organizational guidance.
