1. About Crisp Education Unlimited

Crisp Education Unlimited, LLC is registered in the state of Georgia, United States, and is based in Jackson, Georgia. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crisp Education Unlimited, LLC. These terms apply to purchases and use of the courses and programs offered through this website.

Please review these terms and the information for your selected course or program before enrolling. Questions may be directed to April Crisp at aprilcrisp@crispeducationunlimited.com.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

Provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Each learner must use their own account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or charges.

Learners under age 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. Purchases for a minor must be made or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Purchases and Course Access

The course or program description and checkout information identify what is included in your purchase and the applicable price. Any applicable taxes and additional charges must be disclosed before payment. Later price changes do not change the price of an accepted purchase.

Access is provided through your learner account, subject to any access period or release schedule disclosed before purchase. You are responsible for having a compatible device, an internet connection, and any technical requirements disclosed for the course. Contact us if purchased content is missing, incorrect, or inaccessible.

If we cannot provide a purchase, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable course or program. We may update course materials to maintain their accuracy and usefulness without reducing the access or core content included in an existing purchase.

4. Refund/Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all courses offered on this website, including corporate and leadership training, exam preparation, and continuing education courses.

Learners may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not yet completed the course or accessed the final assessment. Refund requests received after course completion or certificate issuance are not eligible. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to April Crisp at aprilcrisp@crispeducationunlimited.com.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Completion Certificates and Continuing Education

Certificates are issued after the learner satisfies the completion requirements for the applicable course or program. Purchasing or enrolling in a course does not by itself establish completion. A completion certificate does not confer a professional license or an academic degree.

Continuing education credit is available only for courses expressly identified as offering that credit. Review the course’s stated credit type, number of credits, intended audience, and completion requirements before enrolling. Learners are responsible for confirming that a course meets the requirements of their licensing board or other credentialing organization.

Questions or complaints about a course, including a continuing education course, may be submitted to April Crisp at aprilcrisp@crispeducationunlimited.com.

6. Exam Preparation

Exam preparation courses support study and practice. They do not guarantee a passing score, admission, certification, or licensure. Review current eligibility requirements and examination information with the organization responsible for the examination.

Examination names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference to an examination does not by itself indicate affiliation with or endorsement by its administering organization.

7. Business Purchases and Subscriptions

These terms also apply to business customers. Where a separate written business agreement applies, it specifies the purchased services, authorized learners, fees, access, and any subscription renewal or cancellation terms. Course development requests and other additional services must be addressed in that agreement. A subscription is not created by purchasing an individual course.

8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Course content, assessments, videos, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Crisp Education Unlimited, LLC or their respective licensors. Your purchase permits the authorized learner to access and use the materials for learning during the applicable access period. Resources expressly offered for download may be downloaded and used for that learner’s personal study or professional reference, subject to any stated license.

Except as permitted by applicable law or written authorization, you may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or provide others with access to course materials or assessment items. These restrictions do not limit lawful fair use or other rights under applicable copyright law.

9. Account Use and Suspension

Do not impersonate another person, share learner accounts, circumvent access controls, disrupt the website, distribute assessment answers, or misrepresent course completion.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, fraud, or a security threat. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate suspension may be necessary to protect accounts, content, or the platform.

You may request account closure by email. Account closure and refund requests are separate actions. Any refund request will be considered under the Refund/Cancellation Policy and applicable law. If we discontinue paid access for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will address the undelivered portion through replacement access or an appropriate refund. Suspension or closure does not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Technical Support and Availability

For technical support, accessibility questions, or accommodation requests, contact aprilcrisp@crispeducationunlimited.com. Include the course name and a description of the issue. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, platform issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to address reported problems affecting purchased access. If an interruption prevents us from delivering purchased content, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, subject to your rights under applicable law.

11. Privacy and External Resources

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about personal information collected through this website. The learning platform is provided through LearnWorlds.

Courses may link to resources operated by other organizations. Those organizations control their own content, availability, and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily indicate our endorsement of all content on the linked website.

12. Educational Use and Limitation of Liability

Our courses provide educational information. Participation does not establish a clinical, legal, or other professional advisory relationship. Learners remain responsible for applying professional judgment, complying with applicable requirements, and practicing within their qualifications and authorized scope. We do not guarantee specific employment, business, examination, or professional outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crisp Education Unlimited, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or courses. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not limit our express refund obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms and will display the updated date on this page. Revisions apply prospectively. The terms in effect at purchase continue to govern that purchase unless you agree to a change or applicable law requires otherwise. We will provide notice of material changes affecting existing accounts or purchased services.

14. Governing Law and General Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia and applicable United States federal law. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to that consumer. Subject to those protections and applicable jurisdictional requirements, court proceedings concerning these terms will be brought in a state or federal court in Georgia with jurisdiction over the dispute.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms govern the relationship between you and Crisp Education Unlimited, LLC and do not create contractual rights for other parties.

For questions about these terms, contact April Crisp, Crisp Education Unlimited, LLC, Jackson, Georgia, at aprilcrisp@crispeducationunlimited.com.
