Designed for managers preparing their teams for AI-assisted work, this course examines how experience, task performance, access, and role responsibilities affect preparation needs. Recent research and credible professional guidance inform four brief videos, worked examples, and interactive practice. You’ll diagnose preparation needs, design targeted practice and feedback, respond to employee concerns, and allocate limited learning time. You’ll also revise a plan when conditions change and recommend assignments with appropriate support. Explanatory feedback, a downloadable job aid, and an optional application plan help you apply these decisions to your own team.
